Meet our crew

We are dedicated to helping you

The Phoenix group is a dedicated group of trauma informed professionals committed to the elimination of adverse environments within all relationship dependent systems including, but not limited to, families, homes, workplaces, churches, schools, child care centers, and general residential operations.

Our team has over 50 years of experience working with youth and adults from hard places, we are dedicated to educating organizations about how to build the optimal environments to promote growth and opportunity for all individuals involved.  We believe that the most important factor in quality caregiving (business leadership, parenting, or organizational care of youth/adults), is the caregiver making sense of their own history and letting the traumatic events they have experienced go with compassion.

Together we will develop an understanding of trauma and it's effects on the brain, build a growth mindset, establish personal accountability practices, all in an environment that is sufficiently structured and nurturing to the needs of your employees and client base.
